Key Responsibilities: 
1. User-Centered Design &amp; Research 
<ul><li>Assist with user research activities such as usability testing, workflow reviews, and synthesis of findings.</li><li>Support documentation of personas, journey maps, and pain points across key user workflows.</li><li>Apply user-centered and empathy-driven design principles to healthcare and administrative workflows.</li></ul>
2. Prototyping &amp; Interaction Design 
<ul><li>Create low- to mid-fidelity wireframes and mockups using tools such as Figma.</li><li>Support the design of user flows and interaction patterns that align with product requirements.</li><li>Iterate on designs based on feedback from designers, product managers, and engineers.</li></ul>
3. Design Systems &amp; UX Evolution 
<ul><li>Assist with documenting and evolving shared UX components, patterns, and standards.</li><li>Help bridge gaps between design assets and implementation by collaborating with engineering partners.</li><li>Support efforts to improve consistency and scalability across products through reusable design</li></ul>
elements. 
4. Accessibility &amp; Usability Awareness 
<ul><li>Build awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design principles.</li><li>Support design reviews to identify usability or accessibility gaps.</li><li>Learn how healthcare and legal considerations influence UX decisions.</li></ul>
5. Collaboration &amp; Communication 
<ul><li>Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Design team members in an agile</li></ul>
environment. 
<ul><li>Participate in design critiques, sprint reviews, and product discussions as a learning opportunity.</li><li>Communicate design ideas clearly through visuals, annotations, and brief written explanations.</li></ul></div><div> 
Required Qualifications: 
Education &amp; Experience 
<ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction</li></ul>
(HCI), Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field. Graduating December 2026 or later. 
<ul><li>Academic, portfolio, or project-based experience demonstrating UX/UI design thinking (coursework,</li></ul>
capstone, or personal projects). 
<ul><li>Interest in healthcare technology, SaaS products, or enterprise software design.</li></ul></div><div> 
Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
