Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time roles, in a collaborative and modern clinical environment.

What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds</li><li>
Active state medical license</li><li>
2&ndash;5 years of post-residency clinical experience, with at least 18 months in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting</li><li>
Experience treating patients across all age groups</li><li>
Proficiency in minor procedures such as suturing and splinting, and in reading EKGs and X-rays</li><li>
Strong communication and listening skills</li><li>
Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providers</li></ul>
Your Role
As a Physician at Mercy-GoHealth, you&rsquo;ll independently provide a wide range of clinical services, including:<ul><li>
Examining and treating patients with acute conditions</li><li>
Taking medical histories and ordering diagnostic tests</li><li>
Making diagnoses and prescribing medications</li><li>
Performing minor procedures and administering vaccinations</li><li>
Documenting patient progress and coordinating follow-up care</li><li>
Supervising and collaborating with PA/NPs, including remote supervision and credentialing support</li><li>
Working 8- or 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting</li></ul>

Requirements and Qualifications:

<li>Current, unrestricted PA or NP license in the state or the ability to obtain</li>
<li>Ability to obtain DEA licensure</li>
<li>Knowledge of treatment and drug interactions</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>
