Position Summary
As a Lead UX Designer, you will shape healthcare and pharmacy experiences for colleagues, clients, and members through modern, lean, and agile UX practices. Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company&rsquo;s equity award program.

There's real room here to take ownership of areas of the system and make them your own. 
We also expect AI to be woven through your process. We use modern AI tooling alongside Figma &mdash; for research synthesis, ideation, generating and maintaining components, and bridging design to code (e.g. Figma's MCP, Claude / Claude Code, and similar). Job Overview Epik International, a leading provider of domain registration and web hosting services, is seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. We are dedicated to simplifying the process of managing online identities for a diverse global clientele, with a core commitment to security and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing digital experiences that align with our company's mission. This is a full-time, remote position. Responsibilities • Translate user requirements and business goals into elegant and effective design solutions. • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. • Develop and maintain a consistent design system across all our digital platforms, including our main website and customer control panels. • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and optimise the user experience. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for our products and services. • Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, from initial concept to final hand-off to the engineering team. • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our digital presence remains modern and effective. Qualifications • Proven professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role. • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and a range of user-centred design solutions. • Proficiency in design and wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software. • An excellent understanding of user-centred design principles, best practices, and accessibility standards. • Experience with user research methodologies, such as usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews. • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and colour theory. • The ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. • (Desirable) Experience working in the tech, web hosting, or domain registration industry. • (Desirable) A basic understanding of HTML and CSS for rapid prototyping purposes.
