Education</b>:<b> </b>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design or User Experience Design (to also include Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Cognitive Science&mdash;with a strong design portfolio, demonstrable product impact, hands-on-work with interactive mobile applications, and practical experience in UX design).</li><li><b>
Citizenship</b>: <b>Current U.S. citizenship required</b> due to federal contract stipulations and FedRAMP compliance. Candidates must provide verifiable proof of citizenship (e.g., passport, birth certificate).</li><li><b>
Experience</b>:</li><li><ul><li>
3+ years of experience in UX design for mobile/web applications.</li><li>
Familiarity with 3D interactive content and proven experience designing and implementing user interfaces for iOS, Android, and Web &mdash;augmented reality (AR) and spatial computing platform interfaces (visionOS) are a plus but not required.</li><li>
Experience with FedRAMP-compliant or government-related software projects is a plus but not required.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Technical Skills</b>:</li><li><ul><li>
Strong knowledge of UX/UI design &amp; prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc).</li><li>
Familiarity with iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development environments for collaboration with mobile developers.</li><li>
Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Native, or similar frameworks) is a plus.</li><li>
Experience implementing WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards is a plus</li></ul></li><li><b>
Soft Skills</b>:</li><li><ul><li>
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to align cross-functional teams and contribute meaningfully to interviews and design discussions.</li><li>

This role is based at BILT&rsquo;s headquarters in Grapevine, Texas, near DFW Airport and Southlake Town Square.</li><li>
Routine use of standard office equipment (computers, tablets, phones, email, and security-compliant communication platforms).</li><li>
Physical demands include prolonged computer use and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.</li><li>
