In this role, you will be responsible for calibration of the instruments and equipment of our clients to ensure they remain accurate and compliant with relevant calibration standards.</p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>As a Calibration Engineer, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to perform the calibration of various measurement, monitoring and testing instruments and equipment. You will be responsible for carrying out calibration activities in a timely manner according to industry standards and regulations ensuring precision and compliance.(Girls and Boys both Apply).</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Calibration of Instruments:</b> Perform calibration of various measuring, monitoring and testing instruments, including pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, energy meters, weight scales, and other specialized equipment, adhering to international and industry standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025)</li><li><b>Documentation &amp; Reporting:</b> Maintain detailed records of calibration activities, including calibration certificates, logs, and reports. <li>Hands-on calibration of engine and transmission control units.</li>
<li>Methodically test and calibrate powertrain control systems (engine and transmission control units primarily).</li>
<li>Testing/data collection both on a dynamometer and in real-world situations.</li>
<li>Taking calibration projects from a concept to deliverable software and test results.</li>

<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul><li>2+ years of experience in vehicle calibration.</li>
<li>Experience with <b>aftermarket</b> powertrain calibration tools, methods, and requirements.</li>
<li>Ability to work directly with calibration software to modify, program, and log required variables.</li>
<li>Self driven project completion.</li>
<li>Able to read and interpret complex technical documentation and data.</li>
<li>Customer focused project development.</li>
<li>A thirst for in-depth technical collaboration with team members.</li>

<li>In-depth knowledge of Bosch (MED/MDG) and Siemens (Simos) engine control systems.</li>

<li>Familiarity with compliance certifications and testing procedures (CARB, EPA, etc).</li>
<li>Racing/track experience on both short straight tracks and longer less-straight tracks.</li>
