Summary of Duties: 
Observes cardiac monitors and notifies staff of any changes in dysrhythmias. Provides support for the nursing station which includes answering telephones, answering the patient call lights, maintaining charts, transcribing physicians’ orders, and keeping adequate supplies of forms and general supplies. Greets physicians, families, and visitors.
 
Essential Job Functions:

<li>Surveys, continuously, cardiac activity of all patients on telemetry for abnormal heart rhythms, rates and pattern changes.</li>
<li>Reports pertinent dysrhythmia and other data to licensed nursing staff.</li>
<li>Identifies and documents cardiac dysrhythmias correctly.</li>
<li>Runs rhythm strip for changes in heart rhythm, rate and pattern changes, and documents in medical record.</li>
<li>Obtains a rhythm strip at the time of admission and every four (4) hours.</li>
<li>Answers telephones at the unit in a professional, courteous, and informative manner.</li>
<li>Takes complete and accurate messages.</li>
<li>Greets visitors, physicians, families, vendors, and others entering the facility professionally and courteously providing information as needed.</li>
<li>Answers, processes, locates, and dispatches staff from calls received from the nurse call system promptly. Notifies the charge nurse or unit manager of those staff who cannot be located.</li>
<li>Assists the Nurse Manager in ensuring all nurse and PCT assignments are documented in the Assignment Book.</li>
<li>Communicates with coworkers in a respectful and courteous manner.</li>
<li>Answers call lights and relays information promptly to nursing or other ancillary staff.</li>

<li>Transcribes physicians’ orders on Medication Administration Records, Kardex, Treatment Plans, etc. and notifies nursing of discrepancies.</li>

<li>Files diagnostic reports, special procedure forms, restraint forms, consults, etc. in the medical record.</li>

Advanced Autonomous Vehicle Technician / Mechanic - Nashville based

<div>The Autonomous Vehicle Technician maintains and repairs electric autonomous vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability. Key tasks include diagnosing issues, performing inspections, documenting repairs, and collaborating with teammates. The role requires automotive experience, with electric vehicle knowledge preferred, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The Autonomous Vehicle Technician diagnoses and performs maintenance and repairs on vehicles operated by the Autonomous Vehicle Driver. This specialist will have a unique opportunity to provide high quality service on autonomous vehicles, while working with teammates in a positive atmosphere and growth environment.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>
Performing maintenance, diagnosis, and required repairs on electric vehicles.</li><li>
Inspecting and performing initial vehicle set up for autonomous fleet operation and testing.</li><li>
Collaborating with and working alongside AutoNation and Waymo associates, and partnering with teammates to improve processes and expedite workflow.</li><li>
Document requested repairs and findings in a specialized service platform.</li><li>
Performing high quality repairs and inspections efficiently and accurately.</li><li>
Conducting multi-point inspections and system checks, making appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of fleet vehicles.</li><li>
Provide guidance to technician team, and effectively communicate with Associates regarding required service and parts needs.</li><li>
Performing all repairs according to work instructions and documenting results.</li><li>
Operating all equipment in the Service Center in a safe and productive manner, following AutoNation&rsquo;s Safety Standards for the use of personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) while working on the production floor.</li><li>
Inspecting and testing all work performed as a Quality Control (QC) measure as soon as jobs are completed.</li><li>
Maintaining an inventory of Technician&rsquo;s tools not normally inventoried by the Service Department.</li><li>
Keeping abreast of technical information and participating in offered training classes as appropriate.</li><li>
Understanding and following federal, state, and local regulations that affect Service Center operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA guidelines, etc.</li><li>
Gaining superior product knowledge to provide high quality repairs.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Three + years&rsquo; automotive experience</li><li>
Electric Vehicle experience, a plus</li><li>
Hybrid or EV training and experience a plus</li><li>
Automotive technical training</li><li>
Have tools</li><li>
Must have a valid, in-state driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.</li><li>
Ability to operate an automobile.</li></ul>
