 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Training Coordination:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and implement the Construction Phase Training Plan in line with project and client requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for all personnel (EPCM, subcontractors, and vendors).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all site personnel meet required certifications and training prior to site mobilization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize site-specific training sessions such as HSE inductions, equipment operation, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a comprehensive training matrix and training records for all staff and contractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with HSE and operations teams to ensure alignment of training with safety and commissioning needs.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Vendor Coordination
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the primary interface between the project team and vendors during the construction phase.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate vendor mobilization, including logistical support, compliance documentation, and site access.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee vendor representatives' activities onsite to ensure scope alignment, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor vendor deliverables and coordinate training related to vendor-supplied equipment and systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to ensure vendor support is aligned with the construction schedule.

 Reporting &amp; Compliance
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Provide regular reports on training progress, vendor performance, and compliance status to project leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment with project quality assurance, health and safety, and regulatory frameworks.

 Support audits and inspections related to training and vendor coordination.

 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Relevant educational qualification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant experience in training and/or vendor coordination in EPCM or major industrial construction projects (preferably in the mining, phosphate, or chemical sectors).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing training programs and vendor interfaces in a construction environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of construction HSE practices and regulatory compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with EPCM processes, vendor packages, and commissioning requirements.
