<li>Review Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and other quality documents to confirm purity, moisture content, and absence of harmful impurities.</li>
<li>Ensure suppliers adhere to regulatory and environmental requirements (REACH, RoHS, TSCA) and proper hazardous material handling.</li>
<li>Negotiate supplier contracts, NDAs, and risk clauses; perform cost benchmarking and commercial evaluations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with R&amp;D to evaluate and integrate new material grades based on battery application performance (e.g., SEI formation, electrolyte compatibility).</li>
<li>Support vendors with training on advanced handling practices, regulatory updates, and encourage certification adoption (ISO 45001 / 14001).</li>
