 The job holder is responsible for carrying out the activities of prequalification &amp; vendor management, including vendors relationship and performance guidelines and criteria, and maintenance of the vendors&rsquo; database within set KPIs, agreed budgets and WTCO&rsquo;s policies, procedures.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Roles and Responsibilities

 Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Supply Chain Planning systems, practices, cost optimization, and productivity &amp; efficiency improvement.

 Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards within WTCO and related functions such as but not limited to (HC, HSSE, Risk and Cybersecurity, etc..).
 </li>

 Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.

 Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the annual business plans, goals, policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.
 </li>

 Review supply market analysis, including inputs about procurement schedule and costs, to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for appropriate actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proceed with prequalification and vendors management guidelines and criteria covering all relevant assessment measures essential for vendor selection, such as the scope of the study, vendor location, price list, product quality, reputation, brands, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct thorough due diligence on potential vendors to assess their financial stability, compliance with industry standards, and capability to meet the business needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct vendor onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary due diligence is conducted.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate and update prequalification criteria based on regulatory changes, market developments, and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in designing templates and forms to register and filter vendors using different pre-set criteria in an effort to reach a final approved list for upcoming bidding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the collection and analysis of business units&rsquo; lessons learned in order to highlight needed changes and update the prequalification framework accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an up-to-date database of vendors, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design clear comprehensive guides and checklists that vendors can refer to during the prequalification process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure keeping vendors informed about any changes in prequalification criteria or processes through regular updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends and vendor performance to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update the evaluation processes to operate efficiently and in line with market best practices to support the needs of WTCO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Control of the vendor management database on a continuous basis in order to guarantee efficient vendor evaluation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the vendor blacklist, according to the vendor evaluation report to ensure adding/removing concerned vendors and keep the list updated.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular reports on vendor performance risks to the stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct workshops, webinars, or online training sessions are conducted to walk vendors through the process.
 </li>

 Handle dispute resolution with vendors to address any issues related to performance or contract compliance.

Role Synopsis:
The bp TSI Vendor Management Analyst role is responsible for acting as a dedicated procurement resource, partnering, and supporting our Technical Solutions hub and handling key strategic supplier relationships. This role is responsible for ensuring robust delivery and execution of evolutionary strategies, based on supply market expertise, and partnering on current and future business needs. This position will work closely with all business lines and partnering with the bp TSI suppliers.
Key Accountabilities:
You will work with the vendor execution manager to partner with TSI business collaborators to provide support and ensure the vendor relationship is managed in compliance with the risk and supplier management framework.
Manage business demands and liaise with business scope owners to fulfil the technical requirements work with sourcing team to implement PO with suppliers.
Act as a relationship lead engaging business/discipline leads and peers, communicate with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization, ensures service quality and customer happiness.
Analyse data to resolve performance trends and/or operational issues impacting suppliers&rsquo; performance.
Support front line business collaborators with any conflicts or issues that arise with suppliers in a professional and timely manner to maintain a positive working relationship.

Essential Education &amp; Experience:
Bachelor&rsquo;s or equivalent experience in engineering degree or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred. Relevant certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or a related discipline are also highly regarded.
Good working knowledge of SAP SRM/ECC and Ariba ERPs along with MS Power Points and Power BIs.
Strong understanding of Procurement category management, risk management and supplier management.
