Overview 
The Vice President, People Business Partner (PBP), BU LAC is a business and client-oriented advisor with primary accountability for partnerships with senior business leaders across the region to design and implement a people strategy in line with the business priorities. The portfolio for this role includes: Services (Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, etc.), Core Payments (Product, Commercialization), CNPF (Sales, Product Management) business units as well as enabling functions as Global Customer Delivery &amp; Care, Finance and Law.
 
The Vice President, PBP BU LAC interacts in a highly matrixial environment and builds meaningful partnerships with a wide range of PBPs within the region and Global BUs and functions, as well as with key CoE partners to ensure programs, processes and key enterprise initiatives are successfully implemented and managed. 
This position reports to the Senior Vice President, People &amp; Capability, Latin America and the Caribbean region (LAC). 
 
Responsibilities 
 Primary responsibility for the design, delivery, and management of an overarching people strategy in alignment with business priorities and planned growth

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $200,000 and $205,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
