Oversees on-call system, in which staff is on-call on a rotating basis 365 days of the year.</li><li>
Arranges and provides media training for key internal spokespersons to ensure preparedness and consistency in messaging.</li><li>
Develops and implements systems for measuring and analyzing the scope and impact of the media relations function.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Corporate Communications</b></p><ul><li>
Shape and partner across the institution to maintain the corporate narrative and enterprise messaging to employees.</li><li>
Develop and execute the ongoing executive communications strategy including routine and non-routine CEO and COO and other executive level communications to team members, including monthly memos, hospital performance updates, innovation spotlights, institutional news, speeches, messaging platforms, opinion pieces, and thought-leadership initiatives.</li><li>
Partner with the Corporate Secretary&rsquo;s office as needed on the development of Board communications and presentations.</li><li>
Direct management of the enterprise Infonet (internal digital site) and other targeted and broadscale communication platforms like email, screen savers, offline talking points, etc&hellip;to inform, engage and inspire employees.
</li><li>Directly manage and/or partner to develop other internal employee communications related to organization updates, benefits, resources, events, rewards, training, and other HR communications; Continuously evolve and modern the process from concept to execution to ensure clear accountability, efficiency and high quality delivery.</li><li>
Partner with Marketing &amp; Communication colleagues to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$140,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
