Required:</b></p>

<li>High School Diploma.</li>
<li>5 to 7 or more years of relevant professional experience in executive support, operations, or administrative leadership.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral presentation skills in English.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.</li>
<li>Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to provide consistent, on-site support. This position is located in Fort Worth, TX. It is required for candidates to be available to work 5 days in the office. Occasional remote work is supported when work duties require deep thinking or focused work.</li>
