 Peloton&rsquo;s Content Department produces classes year round in order to deliver a broad range of highly engaging live and on-demand content to our Members. We are a highly collaborative, fast paced, and rapidly growing department. We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on, fitness forward, Social Content Producer and Editor who can support our brand &amp; Instructors with high quality video content. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between organic storytelling and paid performance, supporting the end-to-end creative lifecycle for social advertisements.
 
 
 Video shooting, editing, brand and influencer storytelling, an understanding of social audiences, trends, and paid marketing is required. The role will be based in our New York City office and will be required to report to the office at least 4-5 days per week, with the understanding that team members may occasionally be required to work additional days in the office (including weekends or holidays) or be present at a physical Peloton or other location, in NYC or otherwise, based on team or business needs.&nbsp;

About You

<li>A trained video journalist with 4+years of experience in a fast-paced digital newsroom</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to find and develop video-first news stories independently</li>
<li>Comfortable balancing quick-turnaround edits with quality, longer-form storytelling</li>
<li>Excellent editorial judgment and strong understanding of DailyMail's voice and audience</li>
<li>Confident pitching ideas and providing creative input on video packages</li>
<li>Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable switching priorities at short notice</li>
<li>Strong communicator and a team player who thrives in a high-pressure environment</li>
<li>Familiarity with copyright, fair use, and ethical considerations in digital video reporting</li></ul> 


Skills Needed
<ul>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with vertical video formats and platform-specific editing techniques</li>
<li>Strong newswriting ability, particularly for video headlines and brief supporting text</li>
<li>Understanding of SEO and how it relates to video and headline performance</li>
<li>Familiarity with digital asset management systems and remote collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, CMS)</li>

We are presently looking for a Social Media Producer to join its national division.

Reporting to the Vice President of Creative and Editorial and the Deputy Director of Social and Brand, the Social Media Producer will help build and maintain a robust social media presence for @CourierNewsroom&rsquo;s social accounts across all platforms &mdash; including video-based platforms (Instagram and TikTok) and text-based platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Threads, LinkedIn, and Bluesky).

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support content creation (graphics &amp; video), including brainstorming ideas and helping manage projects from concept to completion</li>
<li>Closely monitor current events to identify potential content opportunities that align with COURIER&rsquo;s editorial priorities</li>
<li>Develop brand materials for COURIER national projects, including but not limited to events, new products, and reporting</li>
<li>Assist in tracking and reporting on the national team&rsquo;s social KPIs</li>
<li>Help manage COURIER&rsquo;s online communities and identify opportunities to build deeper relationships with our audience of 5.4M+</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
The ideal candidate will have some of the following:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social content curation and creation</li>
<li>A strong understanding of the national and gubernatorial political landscape and the ability to quickly and accurately break down the news</li>
<li>Graphic design experience (required for this role)</li>
<li>Video editing skills are not required but preferred</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social media algorithms</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for design</li>
