MAIN Job Responsibilities include:

Video Production and Editing:</b></p><ul><li>
Manage video production projects from concept development through final delivery.</li><li>
Edit professional video using Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro and After Effects.</li><li>
Develop shotlists, scripting frameworks, and storyboards for productions.</li><li>
Produce short and long form video optimized for digital platforms and audience engagement.</li><li>
Monitor emerging video trends and digital storytelling techniques.</li></ul><p><b>
Planning and Coordination:</b></p><ul><li>
Coordinate filming schedules with campuses, departments, and district leadership.</li><li>
Manage onsite filming logistics including equipment setup and production coordination.</li><li>
Adapt to changing school schedules, multiple projects, and shifting priorities.</li><li>
Collaborate with the communications team to align video content with district campaigns and initiatives.</li></ul><p><b>
Digital Media and Asset Management:</b></p><ul><li>
Develop and maintain the district digital media archive.</li><li>
Establish asset naming conventions and organization systems.</li><li>
Ensure media assets are accessible for communications, marketing, and district needs.</li></ul><p><b>

Capture photography aligned with district brand standards.</li><li>
Support documentation of district events, programs, and initiatives.</li></ul><p><b>
Digital Content Distribution:</b></p><ul><li>
Prepare and format video assets for use across district digital platforms including the website, social media, newsletters, and presentations.</li><li>
Support communications campaigns with multimedia content designed for digital engagement.</li></ul><p><b>
Equipment and Technical Oversight:</b></p><ul><li>
Manage inventory and maintenance of video and photography equipment.</li><li>
Recommend equipment upgrades and production improvements.</li><li>
Support staff development related to equipment use and production best practices.</li></ul><p><b>
Technical Support</b></p><ul><li>
Provide general audiovisual support as needed.</li><li>
