Key Responsibilities</div><div></div><div>
Strategic &amp; Creative Leadership</div><ul><li><div>

Ideate and script original content including product promotional videos, executive and employee storytelling, explainer videos, branded campaigns, and documentary-style pieces.</div></li><li><div>

End-to-End Production Management</div><ul><li><div>
Own the full production lifecycle: creative brief development, scripting, pre-production planning, producing/directing, and overseeing post-production.</div></li><li><div>
Manage external production houses, agencies, and freelance talent to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.</div></li><li><div>

Scalable Systems &amp; Asset Pipeline</div><ul><li><div>
Build and manage a scalable pipeline of video assets.</div></li><li><div>

5+ years of experience producing and developing digital video content, including:</div><ul><li><div>
