Qualifications
<ul><li>A./B.S. in Video Editing and Production, Digital Marketing, or related field</li><li>
3-5 years of experience in a similar role in creating, producing, and editing video content for digital platforms 
Preferred Skills</li><li>
Excellent video editing and content creation skills
</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Premiere and other Adobe Cloud products. Final Cut Pro, DSLR cameras, and sound equipment such as shotgun mics and lavalier mics</li><li>
Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics and digital animation
</li><li>Knowledge on proper lighting, sound, typography, photography, and linear editing software and video quality for corporate and social media videos</li><li>
Experience with greenscreen lighting, producing, and editing</li><li>
Experience working with audio, voice-over, music, and sound design
</li><li>Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn</li><li>
Able to effectively solve problems, think creatively, make decisions and take action, exercising independent judgment</li><li>
Excellent time-management skills and works well under pressure with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
</li><li>Great interpersonal, listening and communication skills
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task and work across several different departments

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Video Production Specialist to join the Social Content team at Trove Brands. As a Video Production Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing engaging content across various social media platforms and our world class brands. Your primary goal will be to create social media content that captures the attention of our target audience, fosters brand loyalty, and drives increased engagement and growth for our various social channels.

<li>Content Creation: Ideate, create, and curate captivating content, including but not limited to videos, photographs, graphics, GIFs, infographics, that resonate with our audience. This role will be working closely with our art directors and designers to ensure content is consistent and represents our brands well.</li>
<li>Social Media Creative Direction: Collaborate with the Social Media Specialists and marketing teams to develop content strategies aligned with our brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.</li>
<li>Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on social media trends, viral content, and creative concepts to leverage and incorporate into our content strategy to maximize reach and engagement.</li>
<li>Creator &amp; Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant creators, models, and influencers to develop and/or capture social media content with.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with the brand, creative, and digital teams to ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and supports sales efforts.</li>

<li>Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates.</li>
