The ideal candidate will bring creativity and technical expertise to execute photoshoots, manage video production, and deliver compelling visual content that enhances brand engagement.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Photography and Video Production Execution:

 Plan and execute product and event photoshoots, ensuring all content aligns with Floward&rsquo;s creative guidelines.
 </li>

 Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos using professional-grade equipment and editing tools such as Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.

 Ensure consistency in visual standards, maintaining brand identity across all media.

 Creative Collaboration And Concept Development

 Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project specifications and develop detailed shooting plans.

 Develop innovative concepts for photoshoots and video production, creating unique approaches for different product categories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Product and Marketing teams to align visual content with campaign objectives and seasonal themes.

 Equipment Management And Scene Setup

 Arrange lighting, backgrounds, and props to meet the needs of each project.

 Maintain, store, and care for photography equipment, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition.

 Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions on the spot to ensure seamless shoot execution.

 Project Management And Delivery

 Skills And Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience in professional photography and videography, with demonstrated expertise in post-production editing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with editing software such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe Premiere.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to operate professional camera equipment and manage photoshoots independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of visual storytelling and how content supports marketing campaigns.
