The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling ability, technical expertise with cameras and 
editing software, and a proven ability to create short-form content that aligns with current

This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to elevate Mizu&rsquo;s creative output. The 
Social Media Manager will support concept development, captioning, sound selection, and 
posting. This role will primarily focus on creative concepts, shooting, and editing. 
Key Responsibilities

<li>Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality video content for marketing, social media, events, and internal use</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to develop video concepts and storyboards</li>
<li>Capture content designed for short-form performance (strong hooks, clear storytelling, fast pacing, and platform-native framing)</li>
<li>Edit footage using professional editing software to create polished, on-brand final videos optimized for each platform (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Youtube, etc.)</li>
<li>Stay current with social media video trends, formats, and editing styles, and proactively bring ideas that fit Mizu's brand.</li>
<li>Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during filming</li>
