As a member of the Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience understanding a wide range of digital marketing content and how to manage the production of creating multimedia content to drive business and target audiences to advance our organization&rsquo;s practices. This will be done by working closely with the AVP of Digital Media to manage the pre-production, production, and post-production process of video to convey the story of First Community Credit Union. We are seeking someone that is tech savvy, has strong attention to detail, and experience designing materials in Canva to enhance learning and engagement.

Loss Prevention: The Loss Prevention Intern will learn how to prevent, review, and analyze internal and external theft concerns pertaining to all business units. They will be involved in reviewing alarm incident reports, assisting with evidence requests, reviewing data for investigations, and partnering with leadership on larger-scale cases.

Merchandise Apparel Planning: The Merchandise Apparel Planning Intern will assist with Power BI reporting, Goldmine testing, and support additional merchandising and planning projects as needed. In this role, they will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, learn how to analyze and report data in Power BI, and develop an understanding of merchandise sales and inventory planning.

Data Scientist: The Data Science Intern will support business analysis and performance reporting through data mining, model training, data annotation, and data validation. (Wichita, KS based) Ecommerce Optimization: The Ecomm Optimization Intern will support website and mobile app optimization by using various testing methods, conversion reporting, QA validation, competitive research, and UX evaluations. A college student position is available in the department of strategic communications. The primary purpose of this position is to learn about healthcare strategic communications and support the University of Texas MD Anderson's digital communications through development of content for the web, social media and intranet.
 
 
All duties and responsibilities are carried out in compliance with institutional policies, ethical research standards, and applicable federal and state regulations. 
 
LEARNING OBJECTIVES 
1. Videography and Editing: Under the direction and supervision of Strategic Communications professionals, create a professional b-roll package using supplied professional camera equipment. Perform pre-production planning, equipment preparation, filming and editing to produce a reel of usable footage. Incorporates learnings related to UT MD Anderson's video guidelines, equipment operation, best practices and institutional branding. 
 
2. Communications Presentation: Identify and complete a presentation summarizing findings of an independent digital communications research project or competitive analysis. Project may be self-originated or assigned, based on agreement with supervisor.
 
 
3. Other duties as assigned. Attends some business meetings and may accompany Strategic Communications professionals and assist on photography or video shoots.
