The Show Floor Visual Designer will create imaginative, eye-catching merchandise displays to attract customers' attention and drive sales by utilizing design concepts, color schemes, lighting, and display props. In addition, the Show Floor Visual Designer will work with AFW Management and the Staging team to create an inviting show floor for our customers. 
Job Expectations &amp; Duties
Typical duties include but are not limited to:

</li><li>Maintains brand presentation standards by continuously updating vignettes and ensuring displays are clean, complete, and customer ready.
</li><li>Collaborates daily with staging, warehouse, and buying teams to plan and execute floor moves, product refreshes, and featured displays.

About the team and position

The Visual Design Team at Carvana is seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our dynamic team based in Los Angeles or Phoenix. Visual Designers at Carvana are instrumental in making a lasting impact across a diverse array of customer touchpoints, encompassing both digital and physical experiences.

We are looking for a designer with a strong passion for brand, visual craft, and creative problem-solving. </li></ul>To Be Successful You Will Have
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
</li><li>Six or more years of experience in presentation design, brand design, or a related creative role within an agency or in-house creative team.
</li><li>Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional presentation storytelling, executive communications, brand design, and visual communication.
