 The Visual Merchandiser is in-charge of the proper implantation of the planogram and in-store branding materials in the showrooms.
 
 Job Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>
 Instructs the showrooms to clear the Phase out articles as per planogram update
 </li>
 <li>
 Making changes to display for improving customer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Finds creative ways to arrange the products to enhance customer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that signage and promotion graphics are highlighted in proper locations
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of supplier stands and branding in the showrooms
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on gondolas implementation and maintenance
 </li>

 Candidate Requirements

 <li>
 1-2 years of experience in merchandising and planogramming (Home Furnishing)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good level of verbal &amp; written communication skills (English essential / Arabic preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good organizational and self-management skills under pressure
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer literacy in Microsoft Office. Planogram software (JDA and others) is a plus.

Ensure the integrity of the IKEA concept and brand by following IKEA manuals to produce functional home furnishing solutions within the store.</li><li>
Ensure that functional and inspirational display solutions are in line with running commercial activities in cooperation with the 1st Interior Designer.</li><li>
Implement projects or daily sales steering activities efficiently with Sales and In-Store Logistics teams using IKEA display solutions, communication, and sales methods.</li><li>
Support the planning and implementation of the store commercial calendar.</li><li>
Ensure cost-effective, safe, and environmentally friendly display solutions implementation in line with local legislation.</li><li>
Maintain a detailed knowledge of home furnishing solutions within the local market.</li></ul>
