URGENT HIRING!JOB TITLE: COFFE SHOP &amp; RESTAURANT WAITERSALARY : NEGOTIABLEResponsibilities:Customer Service: Greet and seat customers promptly, present menus, and answer questions regarding menu items, specials, and beverages.Order Taking: Accurately take customer orders, input them into the POS system, and relay them to the kitchen staff.Serving: Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are correct and meet the caf&eacute;'s standards.Table Management: Monitor tables to anticipate customer needs, provide refills, clear finished dishes, and reset tables for the next guests.Sales: Upsell additional products and menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area, service stations, and restrooms. Follow all health and safety regulations.Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, baristas, and other team members to ensure efficient and smooth service.Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.Requirements:Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume caf&eacute; or restaurant is preferred.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong multitasking abilities, and a keen attention to detail.Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
