</b></div></div><p></p><div><ul><li><div>Supervise receiving and conduct inventory of all materials entering job site
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Supervise the storage of items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or in Laydown areas.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Complete checks and balance of all packing slip, verify the accuracy of information, data has been inventoried, completed and turned into materials clerk prior to COB.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Unpack distributed equipment and materials; store in appropriate location until issued.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Notify appropriate department when ordered equipment and materials, has arrived {If required delivery equipment and or Materials to appropriate department}
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Supervise and maintain inventory control by continuous tracking and conducting a percentage of inventories monthly.
</div></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>Use identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment to mark all goods.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Help and support all Preventative Maintenance activities
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damages to Warehouse Foreman and Materials Manager.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Aid other Toolroom(s), Warehouse(s), Materials staff.
</div></li></ul></div><div><p><b>Required Qualifications:
</b></p></div><div><ul><li><div>Must have 5+ years of experience working in a warehouse.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Must have 2+ years of experience working for an industrial construction project in a warehouse or equivalent material handler position
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Must be able to train, advise and mentor direct reports
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Must have working knowledge of the basic processes and equipment used in the construction
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Must be organized
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Must have the ability to complete an accurate inventory of items received, issued, and transferred
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Must have good communication skills, including the ability to read and write effectively and construct professional emails.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Must be familiar with basic computer operations: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

</b></div></div><div><div>This position will lead and manage multiple crews of journeyman and helpers. The crew size may vary, but the average span of control for this position is between 5-15 workers.<br>

</b></p></div><div><ul><li><div>Employees will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Will talk and hear to communicate.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls and tools.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Will work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off platforms/scaffolding using the appropriate fall protection requirements.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat , safety glasses/spoggles, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves and leather steel-toed work boots.
