Scope and Purpose of Position: 
The Warehouse and Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations to ensure accurate tracking, proper handling, and efficient movement of materials within the distribution center. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving activities, materials organization, and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Essential Functions: 
Inventory & Materials Management
 <ul>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory records for non merchandising items, including warehouse consumables, office supplies, warranty materials, cases, boxes, and related supplies.</li>
<li>Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.</li>
<li>Identify, research, and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies, including shortages, overages, and damaged items.</li>

Shipping, Receiving & Distribution

<li>Receive, inspect, and unload incoming materials; verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading.</li>

Scope and Purpose of Position
 
Provides primary support for inventory administration related activities for production support, facilities and maintenance activities, including ordering of materials and supplies.
 
Essential Functions

Education and Experience
