  We are looking for a Wholesale Ops Associate for our client in the beauty industry to play an important role with both Sales &amp; Operations teams by managing all aspects of order processing for its wholesale customers. This role will have a deep understanding of order management in the lens of processing B2B orders, routing, invoicing, RTVs, and aligning daily with our 3PL/warehouse. The ideal candidate is hard-working, has experience in fast-paced environments, and maintains high standards in order accuracy and timeliness.

  In This Role, You Will
 </p>
 <ul>

   Take full ownership of order management, utilizing Netsuite for both manual and EDI data entry while ensuring accurate allocation for quantity ful&filig;llment
  </li>

   Serve as a key liaison between the warehouse and internal teams, ensuring seamless order processing to meet month end requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Consolidate order status data from Netsuite and prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports for the Sales &amp; Operations teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor inventory levels and identify stock shortages, proactively reporting on future ful&filig;llment opportunities
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely pick, pack, routing, and transportation of orders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Resolve any discrepancies in order processing, pricing, and invoicing to maintain accuracy and customer satisfaction
  </li>

   Oversee the timely transmission of invoices and account statements via email and EDI
  </li>
  <li>
   Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies in EDI transmissions, invoices, and RTV (Return to Vendor) transactions
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide supporting documentation to Wholesale customers upon request, including bills of lading, proof of delivery, and invoice copies
  </li>
  <li>
   Alert the Finance and Sales teams when a customer&rsquo;s past-due balance requires suspension or credit line reduction
  </li>
  <li>
   Review, negotiate, and approve or deny customer chargebacks, ensuring that supporting documentation for disputed chargebacks is provided
  </li>

   Process and track gratis, PR, Marketing, and Sampling requests, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up
  </li>

  An Ideal Candidate Has

   BA/BS degree in Finance or Business
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 2-3 years of experience in EDI order processing, invoicing, and working with a 3PL/warehouse

   Experience with NetSuite is required
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with management of shipping vendors
  </li>
  <li>
   Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - able to demonstrate comfort with vlookups, pivot tables, &filig;ltered lists, subtotals, if, sum if, etc.

   Passion for the Beauty industry; Experience with Sephora is a plus
