<li>Perform stock corrections and improvement actions, ensuring location-based optimization in line with fluctuating sales volumes</li>
<li>Oversee physical destruction activities and coordinate the preparation of quarantined materials for disposal</li>
</ul>

<li>Collaborate closely with 3PL partners on vehicle capacity and network optimization to improve efficiency</li>

Digitalization& Process Improvement

Collaboration& Stakeholder Management

Reporting, Analysis& Performance Management

<li>Prepare monthly operational KPI reports and reconcile findings with 3PL data to identify gaps</li>
<li>Track logistics performance indicators (KPIs), perform root cause analyses, and develop improvement plans</li>
<li>Generate actionable insights from operational data to support strategic planning</li>
<li>Prepare stock level, disposal, and shipment reports, providing analytical support where needed</li>

Financial& Budget Management

<li>Communicate material requirements to the procurement team via ERP (operational purchases, disposal, packaging, pallets, etc.)</li>
<li>Manage related logistics (OPEX) budgets and verify all service invoices for approval</li>

Who You Are

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</li>
<li>Minimum5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, or Inventory Control</li>
<li>Preferably experienced inDiagnostics or Pharmaceutical distribution sectors</li>
<li>Proficient inSAP (MM& E-WM),Power BI,Tableau,Excel, andPowerPoint</li>
<li>Strong command ofEnglish, both written and spoken</li>
<li>Experienced in SAP interfaces, and capable of managing e-invoice and e-waybill integrations</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of warehouse operations (3PL management experience is an asset)</li>
<li>Analytical thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Able to collaborate effectively across multiple departments within the supply chain</li>

   Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities related to shipping and receiving operations

   Monitor and manage inbound and outbound product movement to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery

   Communicate with carriers, vendors, and logistics partners regarding scheduling, pickups, and deliveries
  </li>

   Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and required shipping documentation for carriers and drivers

   Handle nightly shipment closures and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
