Description
 ANTICIPATED OPENING - Warehouse Operations Clerk needed to coordinate and complete the warehouse receiving process, manage supplies, and to provide assistance to both central office and field staff personnel. To assist in effective and efficient office operations and the coordination of projects and activities, which involve the Building and Grounds Department. This role Successful management of inventory, coordinating deliveries, processing packages, and ensuring the accuracy of all warehouse operations. The Warehouse Operations Clerk will also work closely with vendors, supervisors, and job coaches to enhance operational efficiency and provide opportunities for students.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1. Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Coordinate schedules for deliveries and manage delivery of physical support equipment.</li>
<li>Create and manage pick lists.</li>
<li>Work with vendors to arrange and confirm deliveries.</li>
<li>Ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations by receiving, verifying and organizing materials for delivery to internal office and field staff personnel; deliver materials when necessary.</li>
<li>Provide training and support to job coaches and students involved in warehouse operations.</li>
<li>Work with supervisors and job coaches to create opportunities for students within the warehouse.</li>

2. Warehouse Inventory Responsibilities

<li>Monitor and inventory supplies stored in the warehouse</li>
<li>Coordinate the replenishing process and complete supply requests by internal office and field staff personnel.</li>
<li>Manage and track all warehouse assets.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and other warehouse-related activities.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of data in all record-keeping tasks</li>
<li>Collaborate with supervisors to determine desired supplies and quantities.</li>

Job Description:
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for loading and transporting materials and equipment for current Telecommunication projects. This involves the delivery and pick up of material and/or equipment at job sites. In addition, the Warehouse Clerk is also responsible for shipping and receiving materials and keeping the warehouse secure and neat.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist in warehouse functions which include: Shipping / Receiving/ Inventory.</li>
<li>Receives incoming and ships outgoing materials, equipment, tools and other supplies.</li>
<li>Verify material &amp; counts received &ndash; compare against packing slip and note any discrepancies.</li>
<li>Track materials from initial order to delivery/use on projects.</li>
<li>Maintain Test Equipment/Tool List &ndash; track equipment and certifications including Asset Type, Manufacturer, Model and Serial numbers, Condition and Responsible Employee.</li>
<li>RMAs &ndash; Work with CTS&rsquo; Purchasing Department to facilitate the return of materials to vendors assuring accurate information and proper credit to the appropriate project.</li>
<li>Pick up stock at distributor and work closely with Operations to schedule the delivery of materials/tools to a job site.</li>
<li>Complete scheduled warehouse vehicle maintenance (as required).</li>
<li>Take precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss.</li>
<li>Occasional facilities maintenance which includes minor repairs, empty trash/recycling, change out water jugs and run errands (as needed).</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Google Docs.</li>
