Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
General office duties including filing.</li><li>
Answering telephone.</li><li>

Ensure routes are running on time.</li><li>
Handle driver complaints or concerns.</li><li>
Handle store/customer complaints or concerns.</li><li>
Confirm removed or added stops, list trailer issues, get updates on drivers running behind on route and update transportation via email.</li><li>
Contact stores/customers to give updates throughout routes and notify any changes, delays, or issues.</li><li>
Might be required to assist drivers with hotel issues (finding a hotel and receipt confirmation).</li><li>
Review all paperwork from return driver packet and submit to appropriate departments.</li><li>
Assign routes in forward thinking program.</li><li>
Assemble driver packets - all invoices, pay sheet, pre-trip, route survey, return sheet and any other necessary documents for each route.</li><li>
Update backhaul spreadsheet.</li><li>
Create route check for following day.</li><li>
Monitor all drivers are arriving according to dispatch times.</li><li>
Utilize driver pool to cover call-offs or open routes prior to assigning routes to the standby drivers.</li><li>
