Position Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who will supervise all aspects of warehouse operations working directly alongside the warehouse team to complete daily tasks. This role provides leadership, direction, and training for the team, while actively participating in shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and general warehouse duties.
You will set the standard for performance, safety, organization, and customer service while coaching your team and ensuring efficient, accurate operation of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY
The Part-Time Weekend Shelter Lead provides weekend coordination and operational leadership for REST&rsquo;s Essential RESToration Center (ERC), RESToration Transitional Center (RTC), and crisis response services. The ERC is a low-barrier emergency shelter along with the RTC, a mid-barrier transitional center that serves cisgender and transgender women who have experienced the sex trade and/ or sexual exploitation. Guests may stay for 30&ndash;90 days and receive stabilizing support, including access to food, clothing, crisis intervention, housing assistance, and advocacy. ERC and RTC staff also support REST&rsquo;s 24-hour hotline, providing crisis support, information, and referrals, along with emotional support to individuals seeking assistance.This position is responsible for supporting smooth weekend operations by coordinating staff coverage, overseeing weekend scheduling needs, and serving as the primary point of contact for on-call program concerns. The Weekend Lead models trauma-informed, person-centered care while ensuring that shelter and hotline services remain safe, responsive, and consistent with REST&rsquo;s policies and standards.
Central to this role is the ability to build trusting relationships, maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff, and support effective decision-making during crisis situations. The Weekend Lead provides guidance and support to weekend staff, assists with de-escalation and problem-solving, and helps ensure continuity of care across shifts.

The Work That Happens After Midnight - Overnight crisis work is different.
Calls are fewer - but often heavier. Decisions matter more. Support must be steady, thoughtful, and right the first time. If you do your best work when things are quiet but critical, this role was built for you.
As an Overnight 988 Crisis Intervention Specialist, you are not the first voice on the line - you are the clinical anchor behind the scenes. You support Crisis Specialists in real time as they respond to people reaching out through the 988 Suicide &amp; Crisis Lifeline via phone, chat, and text. 
What You&rsquo;ll Actually Be Doing
This is a clinical consultation and coaching role with real impact:<ul><li>
Provide live clinical guidance to Crisis Specialists during active contacts</li><li>
Support decision-making for high-acuity and complex situations</li><li>
Review and complete clinical documentation, screening guides, and logs with accuracy and timeliness</li><li>
Offer post-contact debriefing and constructive feedback that helps staff grow</li><li>
Step into queue coverage during volume spikes to keep wait times down</li><li>
Support onboarding and skill development for newer staff</li><li>
Participate in trainings, case reviews, and quality improvement work</li></ul>

Requirements:

Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in social sciences or a related field</li><li>

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes situations</li><li>
Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary period. Applications must be submitted within 30 days of hire. Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost of obtaining the credential.</li></ul>

Responsibilities</h2>

Load and unload baggage and cargo compartments.</li><li>
Clean interior and exterior of aircraft.</li><li>
Supply cabin services and stock aircraft provisions.</li><li>
Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of ramp and work areas.</li><li>
Handle serviceing and cleaning of powered and unpowered equipment including fuel farm activities, oil servicing and pump drainage, and other basic equipment servicing as needed.</li><li>
Safely drive and operate ground support equipment, including belt loaders, tugs, and baggage carts to pick-up and deliver cargo/bags between the terminal, warehouse and aircraft.</li><li>
Perform ground service functions, such as connecting/removing ground power and ground start units and water service.</li><li>
Perform aircraft pushback, wing walking and related guide man functions.</li><li>
Complete other tasks as directed by management.</li><li>
