We are looking for an experienced Data Entry &amp; Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse records, inventory data, and system entries accurately.Location:Shuwaikh Industrial Area, KuwaitResponsibilities:<ul><li>Handle daily data entry for warehouse inventory and stock records</li><li>Manage product stock, stock movement, and inventory reports</li><li>Maintain accurate records using Excel and ERP systems</li><li>Monitor warehouse operations and coordinate stock transfers</li><li>Generate reports and analyze inventory data</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of invoices, stock entries, and transactions</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong experience in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Must know advanced formulas such as Lookup, Conditional, Index formulas and Pivot Tables</li><li>Experience using ERP systems (Odoo or similar ERP software)</li><li>Good understanding of inventory and warehouse management</li><li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy</li><li>Must have Visa 18 (Ahli) &ndash; Other visa types should not apply</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>9:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM (1-hour break)</li><li>Ramadan Timing: 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li></ul>Salary:<ul><li>250 KD (Salary Only)</li></ul>Interested candidates who meet the requirements can apply.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to KD250.000 per monthWork Location: In person

 Job Responsibilities
 
 &bull;Typing of all correspondence i.e. letters, memos, schedules, agendas, trackers etc.&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Handling independent business correspondence for the division (incoming and outgoing)&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate recipient&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Manage, organize, and update relevant data, maintain a proper filing system for the division
 
 &bull;Organizing all business operations related events i.e. training, team meeting, etc.&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Organizing travel and hotel reservations for business trips from and visitors to, the division as well as visa processing&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Responsible for preparing new employees on boarding activities
 
 &bull;Coordinating with personnel office especially in-residence related matters and maintaining a proper tracker
 
 &bull;Coordination of tasks, projects and staff across various locations in Kuwait (warehouses, offices, suppliers, business partners and other facilities)&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Responsible for division's stationery requirements&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Support employees in initiating various requests through Talent Hub (Salary certificate, leave request, bank info change, passport request, resignation, off boarding, Expenses Claim etc&hellip;.)
 
 &bull;Responsible for consolidating the outbound list from the sales team and sharing it with the warehouse to prepare the deliveries for the second working day
 
 &bull;Support the division with all administrative tasks whenever is required
 
 &nbsp;
 
 Candidate Requirements
 
 &bull;Bachelor's / Diploma Degree in Business Administration
 
 &bull;At least 1 to 2 years work experience in a similar administrative role
 
 &bull;Excellent communication skills in English are a must&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Solid knowledge of wider Kuwait&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Planning and organizational skills&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Good computer knowledge and skills (Outlook &ndash; Microsoft Word &ndash; Excel &ndash; PowerPoint &ndash; Internet)&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Must be self-motivating, driven, initiative and able to work independently and against tight deadlines&nbsp;
 
 &bull;Must be able to multitask, handle demanding customers (internal and external), liaise with different individuals across different departments and functions, and be able to work systematically, accurately and with strong time management skills
 
 &nbsp;
 
 Education Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration Diploma in Business Administration
