Key Responsibilities
Warranty Claims &amp; Process Management

</li><li>Develop and maintain claim resolution plans, schedules, cost estimates, and closure criteria.
</li><li>Control and monitor claim progress against contractual obligations, internal policies, and agreed service levels (SLAs).

</li><li>Escalate critical technical, quality, or commercial risks with clear impact assessment and recommendations.
</li></ul>Customer Satisfaction &amp; Feedback Management
<ul><li>Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the warranty claim lifecycle by delivering timely, high-quality, and transparent claim resolution.
</li><li>Own customer feedback related to warranty claims, including collection, analysis, response, and closure.
</li><li>Address customer concerns proactively to prevent dissatisfaction and preserve long-term customer relationships.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Coordinator plans, coordinates, and implements the order, delivery, and installation of small to mid-sized contract furniture projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Direct, coordinate and manage task assignments and completion for entire dealer team.</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule delivery and installation of product.</li><li>
Provide timely, formal written communications throughout project to client, dealer and project team.</li><li>
External: Coordinate with client, property manager, and contractors as required.</li><li>
Internal: Coordinate with salespeople, order coordinators, warehouse, delivery drivers, and installers.</li><li>
Obtain delivery and installation quotes.</li><li>
Review ship dates for adherence to project schedule and maintain status report.</li><li>
Monitor receipt of product to installation vendor&rsquo;s warehouse.</li><li>
Confirm any delivery requirements at the destination, including site conditions and COI&rsquo;s.</li><li>
When required, coordinate electrical integration with furniture.</li><li>
Assemble installation packets and send to installation company.</li><li>
Communicate with installer at beginning and end of installation and field questions as required.</li><li>
Identify punch items and oversee punch list resolution.</li><li>
Enter intermarket orders and upload supporting documents.</li><li>
Monitor service email box and communicate with customers/vendors to complete warranty/service requests.</li><li>
Train and mentor other team members as assigned.</li><li>
Enter and invoice customer orders in CORE (the company's business system).</li></ul>
SKILLS + ABILITIES:<ul><li>
Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and PDF-editing software required</li><li>
2-5 years business-to-business platform experience</li><li>
Excellent written and oral English language communication skills</li><li>
Extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure</li><li>
Must be able to multitask and prioritize</li></ul>
EDUCATION + QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>
