KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:<ul><li>
Subject matter expertise in technical waste disposal and hazardous waste treatment and proper disposal.</li><li>
Extensive knowledge and the ability to mentor Sr Technical Service Advisors with Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Laws and Regulations related to waste characterization principles and practices, including analysis and evaluation, waste processing protocols, and transportation (DOT) regulations and industry best practices.</li><li>
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documentation, technical procedures, and governmental regulations to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries.
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting findings in a concise format.</li><li>
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>

This position is remote 8am-5pm CST. The team is looking for a candidate preferably in the Gulf area. Salary range: $ 82,600.00 - 123,800.00 (dependent upon ES experience).
