Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Valid driver license
</li><li>Valid Class III Water Operator certification as issued by the state regulatory agency.</li><li>
Minimum of (4) years of experience in water treatment operations.</li><li>
Minimum of (2) as Water Operator of Records</li><li>
Must be able to pass a favorable national agency check (NAC)</li></ul><div><b>
Required Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Strong understanding of water chemistry and treatment principles.</li><li>
Familiarity with SCADA systems, meters, and automated controls.</li><li>
Knowledge of state and federal drinking water regulations.</li><li>
Ability to interpret lab results and adjust operations accordingly.</li><li>
Proficiency in recordkeeping and report preparation.</li><li>
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.</li><li>
Work emergency situations as required.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and documenting work.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
