   Develop and design water and wastewater treatment systems, flood protection measures, and associated infrastructure projects

   Conduct hydraulic modeling and analysis to optimize water distribution networks and sewage systems
  </li>

   Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit
  </li>

   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and integration of water systems with other infrastructure components
  </li>

   Perform site investigations and environmental impact assessments for water-related projects

   Analyze and interpret data to provide innovative solutions for complex water engineering challenges

  Qualifications

   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience in water and wastewater engineering projects, with a focus on treatment systems and hydraulic design
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit, as well as other relevant engineering software packages
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and provide innovative solutions
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent knowledge of local water regulations, standards, and environmental guidelines
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with hydraulic modeling and analysis of water distribution networks
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with sustainable water management practices and environmental impact assessments
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  </li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><p><b><i>
Project Management</i></b></p><ul><li>
Develop scopes of work, budgets, and contracts for water/wastewater projects.</li><li>
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.</li><li>
Assign, manage, and coordinate team schedules and tasks, including subconsultants.</li><li>
Lead project kickoff and progress meetings.</li><li>
Conduct QA/QC reviews per HR Green protocols to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Supervise construction administration and field personnel.</li><li>
Ensure timely client invoicing and payment follow-up.</li></ul><div><b><i>
Technical Delivery</i></b></div><ul><li>
Apply engineering expertise to independently complete technical tasks related to water treatment, wastewater treatment, distribution and collection systems, and pump station design.</li><li>
Serve as Engineer of Record on key project deliverables.</li><li>
Communicate directly with clients regarding technical matters and design recommendations.</li></ul><div><b><i>
Business Development</i></b></div><ul><li>
Support business development efforts by identifying new water/wastewater project opportunities.</li><li>
Participate in proposals, cost estimates, and interviews for municipal clients.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with water and wastewater utility clients.</li><li>

Education and Experience</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months.</li><li>
10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, including project and team management.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage water and wastewater design and construction projects.</li><li>
Strong client-facing skills with a track record of building and expanding municipal relationships.</li><li>
Proficiency in water/wastewater planning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.</li></ul><p><b>
