Hands-on experience executing residential plumbing systems including domestic water supply, drainage and sewage, stormwater, pumps/booster systems, and water heaters</li><li>
Experience managing plumbing works end-to-end from construction to finishing, including installation, testing, and on-site coordination</li><li>
Proficiency with AutoCAD for mechanical and plumbing drawings, including preparation and review of shop and as-built drawings</li><li>
Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) requirements and Riyadh local regulations for plumbing execution, including coordination with NWC and SEC for approvals and connections</li><li>
Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) or eligible to register</li><li>
