Collaborate with the Project Management team to define project scope, strategy, deliverables, and resourcing for stormwater and wet infrastructure projects.</li><li>
Lead the development of technical proposals for stormwater design review services, including methodologies, assumptions, budgets, and integrated multi-disciplinary solutions.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear, timely communication and alignment on project objectives, constraints, and design review outcomes.</li><li>
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, offering guidance on stormwater modeling, design standards, regulations, and best practices.</li><li>
Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment that encourages open dialogue, constructive feedback, and professional development through training and coaching.</li><li>
Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing by refining processes and tools, documenting lessons learned and best practices, and supporting internal standards and QA procedures.</li></ul>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline</li><li>
Minimum ten years experience in design and review of stormwater and wet infrastructure projects within an engineering consultancy</li><li>
Demonstrated technical experience on wet infrastructure programs, including design review and working with relevant standards and approval authorities.</li><li>
Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Strong skills in articulating technical concepts and proposed solutions, including preparing clear documentation and presenting at senior levels.</li><li>
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex technical information clearly to senior clients and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-focused mindset and sound professional judgment.</li><li>
Ability to communicate in English and Arabic</li></ul>
