Duties, Responsibilities &amp; Other:

In this role, the successful candidate will lead water resources and stormwater engineering projects related to federal, state and muncipal clients. The candidate will serve in a client-focused role, managing projects and mentoring junior staff. The candidate will work collaboratively with other members of management staff and will be responsible for coordination and completion of various project elements. The candidate will be responsible for executing project work, producing high quality deliverables, maintaining project schedules, coordination with clients and mentoring junior staff.</div><div></div><div><br>
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience (10 preferred) with municipal and state stormwater programs, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permits, stormwater design, inspections and monitoring, TMDL planning, and overseeing projects. The candidate should have experience with business development and client relationship management in the Raleigh area or Southeast with municipal clients and state agencies.</div><div></div><div><br>

Experience leading a team of designers in developing PS&amp;E packages for simple and complex roadway and bridge projects, utilizing state DOT and AASHTO design standards in a plus</li><li>

</b></p><p>Our Project Manager will be supporting our many public and private sector water/wastewater clients in San Diego with their next challenging projects. The successful candidate will have a track record of completing technically sound and financially profitable projects and will join a growing team of water/wastewater engineers, designers, and drafters that is well funded and stable. It is a highly visible position growth and leadership in consulting for municipal and private clients, leveraging a strong corporate resume.

</p><ul><li>Be involved with a variety of water-related projects such as water and sewer master plans; hydraulic modeling, pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, wells, lift stations, and treatment facility designs.

</li><li>Minimum of 5-7 years&rsquo; experience in performing design and calculations supporting pipelines, pump stations, wastewater treatment, and reservoirs.

Position Summary</b></p><p>
 As a Project Manager, you will lead teams in the planning, design, and delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for municipal clients, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality execution across all phases of design and construction.</p><p></p><p><b><br>

Valid U.S. driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable driving record.</p></li><li><p>
Experience delivering technical and business presentations or willingness to be trained.</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary projects and pursuits.</p></li><li><p>
Strong understanding of industry trends, strategic planning, and ability to translate these into actionable business strategies.</p></li><li><p>

Represent the client in supervising and administering the BOOT contract to ensure obligations are met.</p><p>
Provide assistance and advice to the client with regards to deviations/variations to the BOOT contract</p><p>
Review the technical reports, documents, designs and cost estimates submitted by the Project developer or Project Company</p><p>
