The role ensures that all wet utility submissions from third-party developers comply with AD Ports&rsquo; development standards, utility authority regulations, and long-term infrastructure planning requirements</div>
 <div><ul><li>Responsibilities: Review wet utility designs including water distribution, firefighting systems, sewer networks, irrigation lines, and stormwater drainage layouts to ensure compliance with AD Ports&rsquo; guidelines and local authority regulations. 
 
Evaluate hydraulic calculations, demand assessments, pump sizing, pipe routing, manhole layouts, retention systems, and overall network capacity.
