As a growing company, we are seeking passionate and driven individuals who thrive in a startup environment and are ready to contribute to our ambitious growth plans.Job Overview:We are looking for a fresher which is highly motivated Client Relationship Manager (Wealth Management) with a strong command of the Dubai financial market and proven knowledge in handling HNI clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and managing key client relationships while providing them with superior investment advisory services.Key Responsibilities:Identify, connect with, and onboard High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) in the UAE, especially Dubai.Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by offering personalized wealth management services.Provide financial planning, investment advisory, and portfolio management services tailored to client needs.Monitor market trends, investment instruments, and regulatory changes to recommend suitable products.Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategic client acquisition initiatives.Represent Oceano Apex LLC at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.Maintain confidentiality and ensure all client interactions comply with local financial regulations.Qualifications &amp; Skills:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (CFA, CFP is a plus).Minimum 3+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory roles and fresher can also apply.Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated experience in managing HNI clients in the UAE.Ability to work independently in a startup environment with a growth mindset.Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup with a collaborative culture.A chance to build your own client portfolio and grow within the company.Exposure to high-value clients and innovative financial products.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
