In this role, you'll create content that educates, inspires, and entertains restaurant owners and hospitality leaders &mdash; building an engaged audience and making SevenRooms a must-follow brand. Reporting to the Content Manager, you'll help shape and scale our social and video strategy while partnering cross-functionally across marketing, product marketing, events, creative and customer success. We are seeking a creative Sr Associate, Social Content &amp; Video to grow our social media channels, bring our brand to life through video, and tell compelling customer stories. In this role, you'll create content that both educates, inspires, and entertains restaurant owners and hospitality leaders, building an engaged community and making SevenRooms a go-to source to follow in the hospitality space.
 
 
You'll report to the Content Manager, working closely together to shape and scale SevenRooms' social and video strategy.

What You'll Do:</h2>
<ul><li>Manage and grow SevenRooms' social media presence across social channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and TikTok.</li>

<li>Create and produce short- and long-form video content, including social-first videos, customer interviews, behind-the-scenes content, &quot;edutainment&quot;, event coverage, and campaign assets&mdash;and confidently appear on camera when needed.</li>
<li>Stay on top of trends in social media, video formats, and the hospitality space, pitching creative ideas that feel timely, relevant, and on-brand.</li>
<li>Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify strong customer stories and turn them into written and video case studies, testimonials, and social content.</li>
<li>Manage social content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking, using insights to optimize content and drive engagement.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative teams, Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and CS to align content with broader campaigns and launches.</li>

 Position Overview: We are looking for someone to design and schedule 4&ndash;5 posts per week using our existing templates and content library, and select, adapt, and integrate those posts into a monthly e-newsletter. This role is an embedded investigative video journalist in the factory, which means you&rsquo;ll be there when Nick, our Head Chocolatier, has a sudden bonbon inspiration and needs someone to capture it before the moment passes. You&rsquo;ll have the foresight to know that a quick iPhone clip of a first experimental batch becomes the star of our campaign months later. Most of what you create will be shot this way &mdash; immediate, intimate, and in-the-moment &mdash; because that&rsquo;s what shows our authentic story. On occasion, you&rsquo;ll work with a professional videographer to build a content library for product pages and larger campaigns, and you&rsquo;ll work with the team to decide when that investment makes sense and how to use that footage well afterward.
