The ideal candidate will be able to create a positive learning environment that encourages students to learn and grow, while also instilling discipline and structure. The instructor will work closely with the Juvenile Justice Services Center staff to ensure that all curriculum and safety requirements are met, and will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of incarcerated youth by providing them with valuable skills that can lead to future employment opportunities.

You will work closely with a team of educators and administrators to ensure the program aligns with organizational goals and meets the needs of our students.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be patient, and possess the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles. Being able to foster a safe and supportive learning environment for incarcerated juveniles is of utmost importance.
