How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact 
The Web Manager will manage major global web properties for all of Valvoline Global&rsquo;s worldwide regions, reporting directly to the Global web lead. The Web Manager&rsquo;s primary focus is to design, develop, and manage the main company website, ValvolineGlobal.com 
Responsibilities Include<ul><li> 
Design: Utilize brand and campaign guidelines to execute UX wireframes and designs primarily for valvolineglobal.com and other company websites. Able to envision multiple variations, versions, or options of a given concept into a wide range of visual interpretations. Design user flows to map out the optimal navigation and interactions for web properties. Create wireframes as a foundational visual representation of the user interface. Develop high-fidelity prototypes to refine and visualize the user experience.</li><li>
Develop: Envision UX wireframes and designs with CMS options and/or limitations in mind. Work with backend development agency to request new and enhanced components for an improved UX design and content editing experience. Light front-end development using HTML, CSS, Javascript libraries to execute designs that will lead to new CMS components.
</li><li>Manage: In collaboration with web team members, have intimate knowledge of global and regional site structure and content while guiding and influencing regional web content managers toward premier user experience and global consistency of content execution. Progressively improve management of CMS approval workflows.</li><li>
Collaborate regularly with team UX designer and content management system administrator to execute content for the website.</li><li>
Work directly with our regional digital marketing specialist to fulfill their content support requests.</li><li>
Report directly to the Global Web Manager, based in the US. Other team members are also based in India.</li><li>

Position Summary
Trout Unlimited is reimagining its flagship website and seeks a strategic, creative Senior Web Manager to help execute this important work and serve as TU&rsquo;s internal web lead. Working with an outside web development agency, the manager will oversee the design, development, optimization and maintenance of TU.org. Key Responsibilities

Job Qualifications (Required)
<ul><li>5+ years managing WordPress/WooCommerce sites.</li><li>
 Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with working knowledge of PHP for technical troubleshooting.</li><li>
 Familiar with WordPress and WooCommerce database structures, including how product, order, and customer data are stored.</li></ul>

 Experience with site optimization, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing.</li><li>
 Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and version control (Git).</li><li>
 Familiar with hosting and performance management on WP Engine or similar platforms.</li><li>

 Able to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>
 Strong project management skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
