Madre Integrated Engineering

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform inspection of welding activities as per WPS, PQR, and approved procedures</li><li>Conduct visual inspection of weld joints and ensure compliance with standards (ASME, AWS, API)</li><li>Monitor fit-up, alignment, and welding parameters during fabrication and installation</li><li>Inspect surface preparation, blasting, and painting activities</li><li>Ensure correct application of coatings, DFT measurement, and curing processes</li><li>Review and verify material certificates, test reports, and inspection documents</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, supervisors, and third-party inspectors</li><li>Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation as per project requirements</li><li>Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented</li><li>Ensure adherence to HSE standards and quality procedures on site</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in QC inspection (Welding &amp; Painting)</li><li>Experience in Oil &amp; Gas / Construction / Infrastructure projects (Desalination or power plants)</li><li>Should have valid certifications eg: CSWIP/BGAS/NACE</li><li>Should be available in Qatar for immediate joining.</li></ul><ul><li>Location: Qatar</li><li>Duration: 4 Months</li><li>Duty time: 10 hr/6 day per week</li></ul>Work Location: In person
