   ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT, and PT.

   Proficiency in welding simulation and design software is a plus.

   Analyze customer drawings and specifications to determine material and welding requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify and develop appropriate Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR).
  </li>
  <li>
   Select suitable electrodes and consumables; estimate quantities required for projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Source materials necessary for WPS/PQR development.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design and optimize welding joints and processes for quality and efficiency.
  </li>
  <li>
   Apply relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, ISO) to proposed welding procedures.
  </li>

   Execution &amp; Supervision

   Supervise the implementation of welding procedures and welder qualification tests.

   Prepare and maintain WPS documentation.

   Review and approve welder qualification records.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assess and manage production weld testing requirements, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
