Perform new vehicle PDI&rsquo;s (pre delivery vehicle inspection). Inspect new vehicles looking for any missing or damaged parts. Check and verify all operations of vehicle components are working as they should. Follow detailed PDI work sheets and fill them out as checks are completed.</li><li>
Install accessories to vehicles . Such as drop visors, bug shields, window chops, wheel chrome, lighted cab skirts, chrome air intake screens, ect&hellip;</li><li>
Diagnose steering, suspension, and driveline issues as well as repair/replacement of components.</li><li>
Perform alignments and wheel balancing</li><li>
Program vehicle for customer needs.</li><li>
Drives vehicle onto wheel alignment rack and tests for faulty wheel alignments. Inspects for worn and defective components. Installs necessary components for proper alignment.</li><li>
Places balancing machine up to wheel to determine where counterweights must be added for proper balance. Installs counterweights onto rim.</li><li>
Correctly completes all forms, timecards, parts requests, or any other documents associated with repairs.</li><li>
Represents Quality Truck Care Center in a professional manner, remaining friendly and courteous in all customer and coworker interactions.</li><li>
Performs Preventative Maintenance in accordance with company procedures.</li><li>
Performs repairs to engine accessory components.</li><li>

The Alignment Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and correcting alignment and suspension issues to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety. The role also involves mounting and balancing tires, conducting vehicle inspections, and completing general service work.
