Assisting Store Leader in the daily operations of an AT&amp;T Authorized Retail Store.</li><li>
Acting Store Leader while on shift and when Store Leader is not present</li><li>
Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools.</li><li>
Achieving monthly goals and objectives.</li><li>
Fostering a positive store culture for employees and customers.</li><li>
Assisting Store Leader in maintaining adequate inventory levels.</li><li>
Assisting in completing accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, pricing, and conducting physical inventories.</li><li>
Assisting in maintaining training requirements for yourself and your team.</li><li>
Resolving customer issues.</li><li>
Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.</li><li>

Wireless Retail </b><b><i>Assistant Store Manager</i></b><b> Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
2+ years of retail wireless sales experience or equivalent experience in a retail setting as a key holder or shift leader with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives.</li><li>
Growth oriented with a desire to lead others in the sales process to achieve targets and goals.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in the sales process and demonstrated success and love teaching others how to use and sell wireless technology and services.</li><li>
Desire to exceed customer expectations.</li><li>
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.</li><li>
Bilingual preferred in some markets, but not required.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
