Handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.</li><li>

<b>Claims Background: </b>Minimum of 3-5 years of hands on workers compensation adjusting experience including handling a lost time/indemnity desk plus litigation.</li><li><b>Jurisdictional Experience:</b> California Workers Compensation</li><li><b>Active Adjusters' licenses</b>: CA Designation required. </b></p><ul><li>Manages workers&rsquo; compensation claims, including determining compensability and benefits, developing action plans, monitoring reserve accuracy, and ensuring timely resolution in accordance with claim or client contracts.
</li></ul><ul><li>Processes and approves claim payments, coordinates return-to-work efforts, manages subrogation, and negotiates settlements.
