 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master&rsquo;s degree is preferred but not required.

 Proficiency in HR platforms and workflow tools; familiarity with ECM systems.

 Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate hiring and onboarding activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to design and maintain dashboards for operational visibility and decision-making.
