The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner functions under the clinical supervision of licensed physicians, providing high quality wound care to patients within Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, and Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital settings in our Madison service area.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Evaluates and manages patients for wound care and ensures delivery of care meets current standards of practice.</li><li>

Addresses both acute and chronic primary care complaints, and able to ascertain medical urgency.</li><li>
