JOB SUMMARY:

The Creative Writer is responsible for breathing life into the stories and media created by Snow Companies. Writers are required to have strong storytelling skills to help our Patient Ambassadors&reg; share remarkable stories of hope and empowerment in a way that conveys both the Ambassador's personal experiences and the client's key objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSBILITIES:

The Creative Writer must be able to perform the following essential duties and functions
<ul>
<li>Prepare and present patient stories, advertising/marketing copy, video/audio scripts, and blog posts, as well as standard business reports and correspondence</li>
<li>Create short form copy for digital projects such as web, display ads, email, and other online user experiences</li>
<li>Understand brand strategy, marketing goals, and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) legal and regulatory requirements, and must weave that information seamlessly into the Ambassador's story</li>
<li>Read and comprehend general documents relating to the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry that include but are not limited to: medical education, medical periodicals, clinical trial data, package inserts, medical procedures, industry regulations, and reimbursement/tax guidelines</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to shift quickly and easily between writing styles and mediums such as print and digital</li>
<li>Demonstrate ability to read copy written by brand AORs and to mimic their tone and voice</li>
<li>Strong communication skills are important when engaging in discussions with Patient Ambassadors, fellow writers, and other team members throughout Snow Companies</li>
<li>Appropriately engage with clients in formal and informal settings</li>
<li>Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality pieces that reflect professionalism and strengthen our company's reputation</li>

Weekend and Night Work:

Although your day-to-day work should primarily take place during regular office hours (8:30 a.m.&ndash;6:00 p.m., Monday&ndash;Friday), there will be occasions when you are required to work late into the evening and/or over the weekend. The candidate selected for the Creative Writer position should have the expectation that the workload and nature of the work will require hours that may extend past the normal business hours of the company.

The size and nature of Snow Companies will require work in collaboration with people in other departments. Employees must demonstrate their willingness/ability to step into other roles as needed to drive the success of the company. Language Skills/Communication:

<li>Demonstrate ability to effectively and professionally communicate with managers, clients, Patient Ambassadors, and the general public</li>
<li>Working with patients requires discretion and empathy as patients are living with chronic conditions</li>

Travel:
<ul>
<li>Travel is a fundamental part of the Writer position. Once per month, on average, a writer will travel to support the team and/or complete job tasks</li>

Patient Privacy:

The core of our business is working with patients. Employees will come in contact with Personal Consumer Information (PCI) of patients living with chronic illness. It will be required that employees take training courses that include, but are not limited to:

The Role and What You’ll Do: 
The Producer oversees all aspects of live UFC event production, leading studio programming and in-arena fight coverage across broadcast and digital platforms while managing creative execution, technical coordination, and real-time storytelling for seamless live event delivery.
 
Line producer of UFC studio & remote desk shows and shoulder programming complementary to live events such as pre/post shows, weigh-in shows, and other assets, both live and taped.
 Coordinates with UFC staff producers, editors, and graphic artists to produce high quality UFC programming that is entertaining, informative, and promotional.
 Works with producers, videographers, and crews to conceptualize feature content for live event broadcasts.

CBS Newspath is seeking a Producer with a strong commitment to journalism to help coordinate news production and newsgathering operations for its North Regional team. Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 91,000.00. 
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Whalar Studios is the production arm of Whalar, a global creator and social agency. We sit at the intersection of traditional production craft and creator-native instinct, building content that is culturally fluent and designed to move. We're a production house built from the creator economy. We create as creators.

Whalar Studios is looking for a Producer who is equally at home in a client meeting and on a shoot day. This is a foundational hire for a fast-growing production studio, someone who will help us build the operational backbone of Studios while also rolling up their sleeves when shoots go into production.

This is a dual role in the truest sense: part agency producer, part production manager, and the kind of person who finds both sides of that equation equally satisfying. You'll keep our projects, pipeline, and vendors organized and moving, and when productions go live, you'll shift into a hands-on PM role by owning the logistics, the schedule, and the shoot day itself.

You'll work directly with the Head of Whalar Studios and be one of the first members of a team we're building with intention. If you want to help shape how a new studio operates, this is that role.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:</h2>
<ul><li>Own project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships across active productions from brief through delivery, including deal memos, vendor onboarding, and project wraps and reconciliation.</li>
<li>Support the pre-bid process: developing ballpark estimates, identifying the right production partners (directors, editors, colorists, crew), and building timelines that match the scope.</li>
<li>Track and support the new business and existing client pipeline, maintaining visibility on where every project stands and what's coming next.</li>
<li>Manage contracts, paperwork, and production admin so nothing slips.</li>
<li>Actively participate in creative work sessions, providing production partnership that keeps projects on budget while maintaining craft and fit for format.</li>
<li>Step into a Production Manager role on shoots by building schedules and call sheets, managing on-set logistics, and keeping productions running smoothly.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Head of Whalar Studios and creative leadership to ensure production feasibility matches creative ambition.</li>
<li>Share project status and health with account and client teams, and flag risks before they become problems.</li>
<li>Help establish and refine the workflows and processes that will define how Whalar Studios operates as we scale.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Here's what we're looking for:</h2>
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in production, with time spent on both the agency and studio/production company sides or a hybrid environment that gave you both.</li>
<li>Strong social, digital, and branded content production experience. You know that a shoot for TikTok requires a different approach than a shoot for broadcast, and you've made that call yourself.</li>
<li>Genuine fluency in production management: you've built call sheets, managed crew, and run shoot days. You know what it takes to keep a production on track when things get complicated.</li>
<li>Experience managing the pre-bid process (timelines, estimates, partner identification) and seeing projects through to wrap and reconciliation.</li>
<li>An obsession with the details. You can spot a gap in a timeline or a risk in a budget before it becomes a problem.</li>
<li>Comfortable with new business and client-facing work &mdash; you understand that in a growing studio, pipeline and production are part of the same job.</li>
<li>A skilled negotiator and communicator, confident presenting to clients and vendors alike.</li>
<li>A self-starter who doesn't need a fully built system to operate. You're ready to help build it.</li>
</ul>
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 and serves as a general guideline for the potential compensation. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, location, and, ultimately, budget approvals.
